Pilates Exercise Hundred
Pilates Exercise Hundred is performed on the Reformer.
Hundred can be performed on the mat, but performing it on the Pilates Reformer will add a significant amount of resistance to the exercise. The goal of the Pilates Exercise Hundred is increased lung capacity and endurance. Hundred is an invigorating exercise that really warms up the core!
When first learning Hundred, form is very important to prevent injury to the low back or neck.
