Anti Aging Exercise

Posture exercise is greatly beneficial as an anti-aging tool. If you have good posture you stand up taller therefore your body can take in more oxygen.(1)  All the cells in your body need oxygen to function correctly. Having good posture is important so it can help your body remove harmful toxins, while making you more energetic and alert, keeping you looking young, radiant and refreshed.

As people age they can begin to slouch.  Did you know that people with poor posture are thought to be older than they actually are, appear heavier, and give off the perception that they are insecure? Stand taller and you appear more slender and also appear to have more confidence. In fact studies show that people with strong posture  radiate confidence! People that stand taller also look younger as well as stronger, and strength is associated with youth.

To continue to look and feel young you need more than potions and cream, you need a good foundation to build on, starting from the ground up. Fortunately there are things you can do to prevent and even reverse the effect of a folded posture (a weak posture that our sitting society has created)…  Taking only a few minutes a day, learning strong posture anti aging exercise will keep you feeling confident, and strong and help you maintain a more youthful appearance.
