Posture Practice Online Course Design

Teach patients and clients to build a customized 10 minute a day StrongPosture exercise program for improved posture awareness and strengthened core control and function. The protocols build up focused, short-duration exercises in three exercise tracks (Balance-Alignment-Motion, or B.A.M.) designed to integrate into a clinical course of treatment for real world, “monday morning” implementation.

Combined with patient friendly bio-mechanics (the Five Posture Principles from Stand Taller~Live Longer) and the StrongPosture daily LifeHabit ADLs, the BodyZone.com online video seminar will train you to help the people you care for Move, Feel and Be Well. Each 3 hour module will contain information integrating concepts of:
