Graston Technique

Graston Technique is a therapeutic method for diagnosing and treating biomechanical problems of muscles and connecting ligaments, tendons and fascia using stainless steel tools.  This patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. Chiropractors, physical therapists and other clinicians use the stainless steel instruments, shaped to contour to the body, to palpate patients’ bodies in order to detect and then resolve scar tissue, adhesions and restictions in order to restore more normal motion.
